How to use the pack
Three rules before analysing
- Start with the Excel workbook. Each row represents a municipality; each column represents a variable.
- Keep the key open beside it. Check the definition, unit, years and source before interpreting any column.
- Treat the numbers as reported evidence. Missing and under-reported cases mean the file is not a complete count of all recruitment.
